Information and purposes
Enquiries collect name, email, optional phone, requested service, optional date and the project brief. They are used to answer the enquiry and prepare a quote. Bookings can add invoicing details, scheduling notes and payment references. Voice or performance recordings may identify a person and are handled for the agreed production. We do not collect card numbers because payment is by bank transfer only.
One retention rule for enquiries
Enquiry data is retained for up to 3 years after the last contact or 1 year after the enquiry is closed, whichever comes first. This same rule applies to both language versions and the contact form.
Booking and production correspondence: 5 years after the relationship ends, subject to necessary legal retention. Project and session files: 12 months after final delivery or the last session. Invoices: the applicable statutory retention period, generally about 7 years under Japanese business requirements. Security logs: the minimum necessary under the host’s policy.
Recipients and international handling
Sakura Internet Inc. in Japan provides website, email and file hosting. FormSubmit in the United States relays submitted form contents to the studio mailbox. Tax advisers, banks and public authorities receive information only as necessary for the relevant purpose.
The form explains the United States transfer before submission. To avoid FormSubmit, contact the studio directly by email or telephone. The business is based in Japan; submitting a project from Finland may involve international data handling. Enquire before sending sensitive or third-party material.
Audio, images and AI
Client recordings are used to deliver the agreed service, not to train, test or improve AI systems. Voice cloning and promotional use of client material require separate explicit written permission. Website photographs are licensed third-party illustrations and do not identify the studio’s own staff or clients.
Storage and security
This website loads local styles, scripts, images and fonts and does not include advertising or analytics trackers. This version does not store cookie-banner preferences or a visitor profile. The form provider may apply its own technical processing after submission.
Security measures include HTTPS, restricted staff access, encrypted workstations and controlled backups. Do not include passwords, medical information or unnecessary sensitive data in the enquiry form.
Requests and complaints
You may ask for access, correction, deletion, restriction or other applicable data rights using the published contact details. The studio may verify identity and aims to reply within about 30 days, subject to applicable rules. The business follows Japan’s APPI and Personal Information Protection Commission. Any mandatory rights applicable to a person in Finland remain unaffected.
Finnish and English versions describe the same operator and service terms. If a translation is unclear, request clarification before accepting a quote. Mandatory consumer rights take precedence over conflicting wording.
