Prices and additional costs
Reference prices are stated in Japanese yen and include Japan’s 10% consumption tax for the listed on-site services. For cross-border remote work, the written quote confirms the tax treatment and total before acceptance. Bank transfer, currency conversion, physical media, courier, extra storage or rush work may create additional costs; studio-controlled extras require advance agreement.
Payment and service timing
Payment is by bank transfer only; cards are not accepted. The deposit is 30% of the agreed total. The balance is due on the session day or before final delivery, except approved business invoices payable within 30 days. Dates and deliverables are specified in the quote.
Cancellation and defects
The studio booking policy allows free cancellation until 7 days before the session; later cancellation may forfeit the deposit subject to applicable mandatory rights. Studio cancellation leads to a replacement date or a refund for the affected booking. Report technical faults so correction or re-delivery can be arranged. Mandatory consumer rights are not excluded.
