Roles and instructions
The client determines the production purpose, intended audience and publication permissions. The studio performs the agreed technical recording, editing, mixing, storage and delivery. The written quote defines the actual work and approved recipients.
Permissions and minimisation
Before supplying third-party recordings, provide appropriate notices and obtain the permissions or other lawful basis required for the intended use. Send only the information needed for production. Confirm any restrictions on international transfer before uploading.
Access and subprocessors
Assigned engineers and authorised staff access material only for the project. The hosting provider is Sakura Internet Inc. in Japan. FormSubmit relays enquiry messages through the United States; it is not the default route for sending production recordings. Any alternative transfer service must be agreed.
Archive, requests and incidents
Project files are kept for 12 months after final delivery or the last session unless a different lawful arrangement is agreed. Keep your own backup. Earlier return or deletion requests should be discussed with the studio, subject to applicable obligations. The studio cooperates on data-subject requests and notifies relevant parties of incidents as required.
No secondary use
The studio does not use client audio for AI model training. Voice cloning requires separate explicit written consent from the relevant person; promotional use also requires written permission. These permissions do not authorise AI training. This page does not claim an EU representative or a Finnish establishment.
Finnish and English versions describe the same operator and service terms. If a translation is unclear, request clarification before accepting a quote. Mandatory consumer rights take precedence over conflicting wording.
