Booking and payment
Send a brief by form, email or phone. We aim to reply within 2 business days. A booking becomes firm when the written quote is accepted and the 30% bank-transfer deposit is received.
Bank transfer is the only accepted payment method. The remaining amount is due on the session day or before final delivery. Approved business clients may receive 30-day invoice terms.
Price and currency
Published rates are in JPY, not euros. The reference on-site prices include Japan’s 10% consumption tax. The quote for a remote Finnish project must state applicable taxes, transfer charges and the final total before acceptance. Your bank may apply exchange or international transfer fees.
Changes and cancellation
The studio booking policy allows free cancellation until 7 days before the session. After that, or for a no-show, the deposit may be retained subject to applicable law. This commercial policy does not remove mandatory withdrawal, refund or defect rights.
If the studio cannot provide the booked service, it offers a replacement date or refunds the affected amount. Contact us promptly about a technical delivery fault.
Delivery and revisions
Mixing and mastering normally include 2 consolidated feedback rounds. New parts, major direction changes and additional deliverables require a new quote. We retain project files for 12 months after final delivery or the last session; keep your own backup.
Rights and privacy
You retain rights in material you supply. After full payment, the deliverable licence follows the agreed quote and terms; it is not an automatic transfer of every underlying right. We publish client material for marketing only with written permission.
Enquiry data is retained for up to 3 years after last contact or 1 year after closure, whichever comes first. Client audio is not used for AI model training. Visitors under 18 need a guardian to book, pay and provide consent.
