Podcast production
A practical workflow for conversations, interviews and narrated programmes. Recording is in Tokyo; ask separately about remote editing of supplied recordings.

How the work proceeds
- 01
Agree speakers, programme length, publication channels and any remote source files. Separate recording time from editing time in the quote.
- 02
Use a short test to check microphone placement, room noise and headphone spill. Leave space for a clean retake after an interruption.
- 03
Review the edit for meaning as well as sound. Confirm credits, music permissions and final formats before publication.
Before we start
- Obtain permission from speakers and clear music or other third-party material.
- Provide a running order, pronunciation notes and a list of required edits.
- Keep source recordings and licence documentation in your own archive.
Scope & delivery
Hosting subscriptions, distribution accounts, music licences, translation and promotion are not included unless expressly quoted. Supplying a recording does not transfer third-party rights. We do not use client audio to train AI models. Voice cloning requires separate explicit written consent from the relevant person.
